We don't start from scratch. We bring a refined Terraform framework — VPC, compute, CI/CD, observability, security — and customize it to your stack. That's why most engagements ship in 4–8 weeks.
Embedded handoff
Handoff isn't a documentation dump. We pair-program with your engineers, walk through every module, and run live drills (deploy, rollback, incident response) before we close the engagement.
Optional support window
30/60/90-day support after handoff for transition questions and minor adjustments. After that, your team runs it independently — that's the goal, not a side effect.

Production-ready AWS platform from scratch.
Newly funded. MVP running on a single EC2 instance, no DevOps hire on the roadmap, first enterprise customer onboarding in eight weeks. They needed a real production setup — and someone to hand it off cleanly to their engineering team.
Multi-env AWS platform end-to-end: VPC, ECS Fargate compute, RDS Postgres, CI/CD via GitLab, observability with CloudWatch, IAM baseline. Production runs multi-region active/passive with a scripted failover process. Their engineers ran their first prod deploy on day 28.
